Our laws include hundreds of pieces of unfair and outdated legislation that impact our lives every day.

We have a chance to right these wrongs with Alex Greenwich’s new Bills, known as the LGBTIQA+ Equality Bill.

The historic Bill will ban conversion practices, allow trans and non-binary people to update their gender without the need for surgery and remove cruel legal pitfalls that allow LGBTIQ+ teachers and students in private schools to be fired or expelled.

But it needs to become law to start changing lives.
