Equality Australia – Federal human rights framework submission

LGBTIQ+ people unfortunately continue to experience disproportionately high levels of discrimination, harassment and vilification based on their sexual orientation, gender identity and innate variations of sex characteristics. 

As a leading national LGBTIQ+ organisation working to ensure equality for LGBTIQ+ people and their families, Equality Australia hopes to make the following key points to inform the inquiry into Australia’s Human Rights Framework.
